I checked out your website and it looks great! It's very useful and practical in content!

I'm learning about how I can be a good social media employee (either a manager of a community or a consultant). Do you have any pointers for me beyond the basics of knowing how to use basical social media apps? I'm an educated media user that wants to work in social media. I'm trying to collect as much information as possible about the process. I'm a writer with a lot of ideas and creativity. How do I prepare myself for a company in need of a social media employee to hire me?
